This short service of singing and prayer ends with a solemn silence for quiet meditation .

Maundy Thursday, March 28

We meet at 5:30 pm at Andala Coffee House in Central Square for church-sponsored Middle Eastern dinner and a sharing of bread and wine as Holy Communion around the table, in the original context (a meal)

Good Friday, March 29

This service evokes the tradition of Tenebrae, where the Passion according to John is read in sections, with sung responses, and candles are extinguished until all is dark.
